I did not put patient’s name on clothing when we arrived. When the clothing was laundered they did not know where to return it. I spoke with Laundry employee who was very pleasant and helpful. . She found the clean items and hung everything neatly in the room. Whenever I have questions someone is there to point me to the right person for help. I’m so impressed.

Lincoln Meadows is clean and well staffed. This facility has a good vibe. The grounds are pretty. Lots of natural light in the rooms. My only advice is to clearly label and list what you bring on the inventory list. Clothes and personal items sometimes go missing

After settling in my wife who sustained major injuries from an auto accident. The staff at Lincoln Meadows stepped up and cared for her. Everyone from the case manager down to the nurses, therapist, front desk, food preppers, janitors and all really maintains and cares for the patients in this critical time of healing and recovery. Thank you all for what you do.

Great staff… Taking great care of my father..

At first, I was skeptical in admitting my mother-in-law here in this facility based on the reviews. She’s 87 years old and was admitted for a pelvis fracture and more importantly just to rehabilitate her to learn how to get out of bed and to walk with a walker. I don’t generally write reviews, but this place deserves a great recommendation. I must have contacted them at least 5 to 10 times in that week that she was there, and there was not one single time where they were not courteous on the phone and helpful. You can hear the kindness in their voice and the concern. When I visited my mother-in-law, I can see that her area was clean and tidy. Most importantly, my mother-in-law was in good spirit and did not seem unhappy. It took her a day or two to get comfortable with all the noise and surrounding, but they somehow got her comforted and calm because she didn’t have any complaints after a day and that’s important. Just want to congratulate your staff for doing such a great job for people that are in need, especially Siada. Thank you.

This place is so nice. My 89-year-old uncle is there recovering from a fall. The rooms are very clean, smell good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My father could not say enough good things about his two week stay at Lincoln Meadows. The staff were all so kind and the facility is so clean and newly renovated. He also raved about food. We are so happy we found Lincoln Meadows and highly recommend.

My Mother stayed there briefly one week for PT as she could no longer walk. She was set for 5 days a week PT and 3 days a week OT. After the first week I was not happy with how she was looking and spoke to the case manager. I found there was no progress in the first week ( not their fault) so I said I would like mom home then I don’t want to put her through any more. That’s when it changed to all about the money she shamed me why wouldn’t you want your mother to have another week of care. Let me tell you she came home with a uti Bruises all over and after just one week, she had bad sores on her rear both of her heels it was devastating. It is a business for them please fight for you family

Everyone was super nice here. They were prompt when called. My mom was here for 2 weeks after her stroke. They were very helpful. When we were leaving I was struggling putting the wheelchair in the car and Alma ran over and offered her help. It was much appreciated! Thank you!

Everyone we met at the facility was warm and friendly. Staff seamed to like their jobs.

I would never recommend this place. I went to visit my father after he had been here for about 24 hours and was very disappointed. He went in for a hip injury and was supposed to be doing physical therapy here for the next 2 to 3 weeks. When I got to my dad to check on him he was in a lot of pain. I asked him if they gave him any medication and he said no. (Came from the hospital and they were giving him around the clock pain medication) I asked the nurse what was going on and they acted like they didn’t really know what was going on. After figuring out they said pain medication and his anxiety meds were only as needed. But never checked to see if they were needed or let him know that he was supposed to ask. next I asked where his remote to his tv was because he had just been sitting there staring at the wall they had never gave him a remote for the tv. I left there feeling uneasy and I wish I would have trusted my gut and took him out of there because the next day I had talked to my dad in the morning and they had still not done any physical therapy with my father by day 3. They kept telling him he was going to do physical therapy every day and never did. Well this day my dad passed away at the care home due to what the drs at the hospital were saying a blood clot.(maybe because he hadn’t been moved in 3 days to do his physical therapy.) Did I get a call to let me know that his heart stopped there or he was in route to the hospital? NO! I didn’t no one called me to tell me anything I had to call up there hours later and asked them what happened. This place is terrible and understaffed I do not recommend anyone going here.

As a professional in the senior care industry, I’ve had excellent experiences with Lincoln Meadows Care Center. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and provides a comfortable environment for residents and visitors. The admissions department, led by Claudia and Joe, is wonderful to work with. They’re responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to facilitate smooth transitions for clients. Oftentimes, my clients need additional care after an acute rehab stay before safely returning home, and the team at Lincoln Meadows works very hard to make that process as seamless as possible. Their Social Services Department truly cares about the residents’ well-being and provides outstanding support. Overall, Lincoln Meadows Care Center is a great partner in care and a trusted resource for quality skilled nursing services.

Lincon Meadow Nursing Facility is a very good place to be if you need skilled nursing facilities. Nursing, staff, CNA, physical therapy’s staff, is good. Ashley, Angela, Rachel, Raj Kaur , Ritika , Joy , Apsara, Lacey, Letha, Nicole Angela, Glenda, Neema, are great people & were always there, when we needed them. Sharing a bathroom between four people was not very pleasan. Dietary department can make few changes to serve better food and drinks. I haven’t received the bill yet. Hopefully Medicare will cover.

The CNA nursing care team was awesome and very helpful, they never missed my medication delivery appointments. My rehabilitation with physical therapy helped me recover faster because of their knowledge about my medical injury needs. The facility was clean and well maintained, all staff were very professional.
